OK, now that I have opened a monumental can of worms with that ambiguous subject, let me clarify

I am in the process of separating from uniformed service, and taking my life, and thus my family, in a whole new direction:  I will be opening my own business!  And since so many of you are enterpreneurs, I thought to myself, Self, what a great treasure trove of knowledge!  And since you're Landermans, I expect to see a whole lot of knowledge...not necessarily answering my questions, but knowledge nonetheless

I'm looking for advice on start-up, financing, management, insurance, contracts, cash-flow, accounting, legal mumbo-jumbo...anything associated w/ avoiding the pitfalls most new businesses fall into.  Nate has already been kind enough to provide some great insight into websites, thanks!
